• Payment information, which is collected and processed by our payment providers — we never see or store full card numbers.
• Marketing email address, if you choose to subscribe.
• Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.

How we use it

To process and ship your order, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and — only with your consent — send occasional product emails. We do not sell your personal data.

Who processes your data

Our storefront and checkout run on Shopify, which processes order and payment data on our behalf. Fulfilment and shipping partners receive the name and address needed to deliver your parcel. Email delivery is handled by our email provider.

Cookies

We use cookies necessary for the cart and checkout to function, plus basic analytics to understand which pages get used. You can block cookies in your browser, though the cart may stop working.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to retain it. Contact us through the contact page and we'll respond within 30 days.

Children

Our store is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where required, notify subscribers by email.
