Processing time

Every tee is printed to order. Allow 1–3 business days for printing and quality checks before your parcel is handed to the carrier. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery estimates

• United States: 3–7 business days in transit after printing.
• Canada: 5–12 business days in transit.
• Rest of world: 7–20 business days in transit.

Estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, customs and peak periods can add time.

Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight. The exact amount is shown before you pay — there are no additional handling fees added afterwards.

Free shipping on all US orders over $65. The discount is applied automatically at checkout once your subtotal reaches the threshold.

Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking as soon as the label is scanned. If tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, contact us and we'll chase it.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reship it once you cover the return postage.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, email us with your order number and a photo where relevant. We will replace or refund it.
