Agreement

By browsing or purchasing from Grumpy Pickle you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the store.

Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, a price is clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the store currency and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment provider.

Product accuracy

We photograph our products as accurately as we can. Screen colour rendering and garment dye lots vary slightly, and print placement can shift by a small margin — this is normal for printed apparel and is not a defect.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All artwork, designs, the Grumpy Pickle name and mascot, site copy and photography are our property. You may not reproduce, resell or print our designs without written permission.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at volume, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our business is registered. Add your registered jurisdiction here before selling.
