Every tee is printed for you after you order, so there's a short quiet stretch before tracking appears. Here's exactly where your order is in that process — and how to pull up the live status.

The live status page lives with your order on our secure checkout host. The fastest way in is the “View your order” button in your confirmation or shipping email. No email handy? Sign in with the address you ordered with and every order is listed.

What happens, and when

1. Order placed
Right away
You get a confirmation email with your order number. If it never arrived, check spam — then message us.
2. Printing & quality check
1–3 business days
Your tee gets printed and inspected. Tracking doesn't exist yet at this stage, which is normal.
3. Shipping confirmation
As soon as the label scans
A second email lands with your carrier and tracking number, plus a live order status link.
4. In transit
3–7 business days in the US
Canada is usually 5–12 and the rest of the world 7–20. Carrier estimates, not guarantees.
5. Delivered
Done
If tracking says delivered and it isn't there, check with neighbours, then tell us — we'll sort it out.

Still nothing after 5 business days?

If your tracking hasn't updated in five business days, or the parcel arrived damaged or misprinted, message us with your order number and we'll chase the carrier or reprint it. A real person replies within one business day.
