How payments are handled

Checkout is hosted by Shopify. When you press Checkout you are handed off to Shopify's secure payment pages, so your card number is entered there and never passes through this website. We never see or store full card details.

The site itself

Every page is served over HTTPS. We don't run pop-ups, countdown timers, or third-party ad trackers that follow you around the internet.

What we store

• Your order details and shipping address, held in Shopify so we can fulfil and track it.
• Your email address if you sign up for the list — used for new designs, nothing else.
• Messages you send through the contact form, so we can reply to you.
• Anonymous, aggregated traffic analytics (which pages get visited).

We don't sell or rent your information. See the privacy policy for the longer version.

Reaching a real person

Email support@grumpypickle.shop or use the contact form. A person — not a bot — replies, usually within one business day, Monday to Friday.

Reporting a problem

If you spot something that looks like a security issue on this site, email us with the details before sharing it publicly. We'll confirm we've received it and let you know when it's fixed.
